On June 2, Gala Co-Chairs Silvia Console Battilana (Samasource gala co-chair) and Robin Starbuck Farmanfarmaian (SF ballet gala co-chair) will host over 100 guests, including high profile CEOs, VCs and Entrepreneurs at the private University Club of San Francisco for a special evening of cocktails, seated dinner and a live auction.

This year’s auction is packed with priceless auction items, such as a meeting with Myron Scholes (Nobel laureate), a full day training and dining with the 49ers team and their owner, golf rounds at the exclusive MPCC, day sailing on San Francisco Bay aboard a two-times Rolex Big Boat Series winning boat - Tupelo Honey, skippered by the owner, Tour of Tesla's Factory with Tesla Investor & Producer of "who killed the electric car", tours of Italy guided by a Miss Italy finalist, dancing lessons with the bachelor of New Zealand, writing lessons with Dave Eggars, author of the best selling memoir A Hearthbreaking Work of Staggering Genius, dinner at the house of Philip Zimbardo, known for his Stanford prisoner experiment.

The Cause: Supporting Lost boys of Sudan to help rebuild Sudan:

This year our event will support New Scholar’s endeavor to assist the aspiring young entrepreneurs who want to rebuild their country. By first, providing them with fundamental business training and then, assisting them through the incubation phase, the fledgling startups can eventually take full flight.
